Chinese Herb Consultation

Chinese herbs help the body heal naturally. Herbs can help heal, harmonize,  and balance and many help prevent dis-ease. This may be a part of any treatment.

Specific Acupuncture Treatment

This treatment is great for many things like colds and flu, sinus infections, sports injuries, numbness, recovery from accidents or surgery. It can even prevent you from getting sick if you get treated at the earliest signs. You can expect relief after the first treatment. Acupuncture helps the body heal itself from sickness, being injured or over used. This treatment consists of a short evaluation of the issue, an acupuncture treatment specific to the patient, and about 30 minutes of quiet time.

This treatment is great for rebalancing the being – physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually. You can expect to feel more relaxed, have more energy, have more even moods, improved sleep, and handle stress better. By relieving those deep imbalances it improves general overall health and well being. Each treatment starts with a consult (in-depth first treatment, and short for follow ups), followed by an acupuncture treatment specific to the patient, and about 30 minutes of energy work which helps deepen the treatment as the needles work. I am working with the patient the entire treatment.

Balance the Chakras

This treatment works on the seven energy centers of the body and is great for balancing the flow of energy throughout the entire being. You can expect to feel more relaxed and harmonized. Tummy Renewal is a full acupuncture and energy treatment that focuses on any imbalance in the abdomen. It is great for weight reduction, abdominal toning, infertility, and other health issues related to the abdomen. This treatment brings blood flow to the area to balance the energies and heal that which is out of balance. As the treatments progress, electricity may be applied to the needles to better stimulate the abdomen. These treatments are best done in a series and consist of a consult (in-depth first treatment, short for follow-ups), an acupuncture treatment specific to the patient, MeiZen abdominal needles, and 30 minutes of energy work which helps deepen the treatment as the needles work. Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic Acupuncture is a full acupuncture and energy treatment that focuses on the face. It is great for aging, acne, rosacea, paralysis, and menopause issues. When the face is needled, increased blood flow carries nutrients to the cells; the body interprets the insertion of the needle as a "positive" injury (microtrauma), which, in turn, through "stimulation of fibroblasts, can increase collagen output."¹  - Mary Elizabeth Wakefield, L.Ac., M.S., M.M. Depending on the issue, electricity may be applied to the needles to better stimulate the face. These treatments are best done in a series and consist of a consult (in-depth first treatment, short for follow-ups), an acupuncture treatment specific to the patient, MeiZen face needles, 30 minutes of energy work, and a mini facial. Energy Healings

Energy healing works to restore balance in all aspects of the being. The modalities I use access the energies of higher dimensions by way of light and information exchange through the Divine. These modalities can be done in person or over the phone, or can be done in conjunction with acupuncture as described in the previous section. Shifts include evolutionary restructuring of DNA and reconnection on a new level. Experiencing these modalities, the patient need only open themselves to healing energies and accept unconditional divine love.

Far Infrared Sauna

A far infrared sauna is especially effective for full body detoxification . It is up to three times more effective than regular saunas. Infrared rays penetrate the body one and a half to three inches. This causes a deep heating effect in the muscle tissues and internal organs . The cellular metabolism is stimulated which breaks up the water molecules that hold the toxins and allows them to be released through the skin via perspiration .
